Thinking About Doing Some Deep Cleansing?

26 November 2009 No Comment

Is your body tired, worn out, and exhausted? Are you sick regularly or have a long standing illness? Often times, these are just signs of a toxic body, and signify the need to do some deep body cleansing.

But what is body cleansing? Body cleansing is a way to clean out the inside of your body. Too often, people don’t think about what they’re eating or applying to their skin. But if you take a closer look, you’ll likely see a lot of unnatural chemicals on the labels, and these are chemicals that your body doesn’t really know what to do with. Because pesticides and insecticides don’t need to be labeled, unless you’re eating all organic foods, those chemicals are in every bite too.

You know those substances aren’t good for you – but how do you get them out of your body? That’s where body cleansing comes in – and it often involves colon cleansing, liver cleansing, and even doing a gallbladder cleanse. Colon cleansing is done with enemas, or professional colonics. It’s common to do liver cleansing with coffee enemas. While coffee enemas definitely seem odd, they work wonderfully! And believe it or not, you can remove your gallstones, by drinking concoctions of Epsom salts, and lemon juice and olive oil. The complete recipe you can find by doing a quick search online.

Juice and water fasting can be part of a cleanse as well. Were you aware that fasting is a powerful detoxification method? Juice fasting provides optimal nutrition, while you’re detoxifying.

Because the powerful healing powers of coconut oil are becoming well known, coconut oil is often used in body cleansing too. Did you know coconut oil is a powerful natural antiviral and antibacterial agent? In fact, coconut oil is so powerful that some cleanses are based around fasting on lemonade with coconut oil in it.
