This can be seriously harmful to your health. It can present itself as depression and heart problems. A daily omega 3 supplement can be good for your overall health and help to prevent cancer. At least they are contributing to more facets of their health like their heart health. The jury is still out on whether omega 3 supplements can definitely help prevent breast cancer, but it is certainly wise to be prepared.
