How can you make an informed decision on the best skin products if you only read the reviews? What works great for one person may be a complete disaster for you. There are three main factors that should play into every skin product selection that you make. If you choose the wrong type of product, you risk a wide range of skin problems. Using the wrong skin care products can cause some to develop chronic adult acne. Always making sure you pay close attention to your skin type and needs. This will help you select the best skin products for you. First, you must factor in your skin type. Having oily skin you will need to get oil-free lotions and/or creams. Most cosmetic and beauty products contain some oils. Read the ingredients carefully before buying. Adding oily products to oily skin can result in major breakouts and uneven complexion. If you have combination skin, you should choose skin care products for sensitive skin. If part your skin is oily and part is dry, then thats is combination skin. Generally the areas around your nose and mouth will be oily, with your cheeks and brow being dry. You may either use two different products for these areas or purchase products specifically for sensitive skin. Either helps reduce the breakouts and inflammation while accomplishing your beauty goals. Don’t use peppermint, which is a drying extract, if you have dry skin. Conventional moisturizers with artificial colors or scents work best on dry skin. In most cases it’s the most resistant to breakouts, but you do need to watch for scaling. Consider your age after you have determined what type of skin you have. If you are in your twenties then all you need to do is protect and moisturize. This means you should use a good SPF moisturizer. Don’t use aggressive anti-aging or wrinkle repair treatments. They will simply clog your pores and dry your skin. In your thirties you may move into anti-aging treatments if you wish, but still focus on prevention. In you forties at the earliest should you have to invest in serious wrinkle repair treatments. If you use age-inappropriate skin products, you may irritate your skin. You may create wrinkles where there shouldn’t be any. The best skin products for you will match the condition of your skin. Age and type are very important, but weathering must also be considered. For example, if you were a lifeguard in high school and got some serious sunburns, you may need to move into gentle sun repair products sooner than you would if you spent your entire life with a minimum of SPF 15 on your face. Similarly, if you don’t have sun damage or weathering, then do not indulge in a product to repair it. This will just damage your skin. Its a customized decision choosing the best skin products for yourself. Don’t be afraid to do something different than what the rest of “the pack†is doing. The best skin products for you are totally personal. More from This Site
