Quit Smoking and Remove the Poisons From Your Body

By smoking, you know you’re creating disease and harming yourself, but did you know smoking can actaully damage DNA? That’s right – smoking cigarettes alters and damages DNA, which effectively passes the damage of this toxic habit to your children, grandchildren and down the entire genepool.

In light of this new knowledge, don’t you think it’s time you gave some serious thought to quitting smoking. When your children and grandchildren are born with genetic defects and looking at you for the answers, however much joy you think smoking is giving you now, won’t be more than the shame you’ll feel when you look in their eyes and know the truth.

It’s common knowledge that cigarette smoking fills your body with many poisons with each drag. But perhaps the roadblock for you is in how to quit smoking. Quitting smoking can be much easier than you think, if you make an effort to remove that chemical contamination that you’ve been putting into your body regularly with smoking. You know, removing those same chemicals that are responsible for causing your cravings.

By removing the chemicals from your body with body cleansing, and you can diminish your cravings considerably, which makes dropping the habit much easier. In addition, cleansing your body can start reversing process of creating disease that has been excellerated with each cigarette you’ve smoked.

If a body cleanse is new to you, do some research, but start thinking about eating only fresh foods from nature and while drinking fresh squeezed fruit and vegetable juices. You can also do liver cleansing and colon cleansing to really show those chemicals to the outside of your body. By removing those addictive chemicals, you may be amazed at how simple kicking the habit can be. You’ll be glad you did…
