Can A Body Detox Improve My Health?

6 July 2009 No Comment

The new buzz around the health world in getting a body detox. Years of poor eating habits, low-fiber diets, environmental pollution, and stress cause the toxins to build up and eventually get absorbed back into the body. If our bodies do not properly and regularly eliminate this build up in our colon or other organs, we are prone to sickness and disease.

These toxins affect adversely the functioning of our body organs, especially the functioning of vital organs such as the liver, the kidneys, and the colon. A toxic colon eventually leads to a toxic liver, which pollutes the tissues and the bloodstream, resulting in poor health. For optimal health, our bodies must be free of dangerous toxins.

How Do I Know I Need A Body Cleansing?

Here is a partial list of symptoms that may indicate you needing a body detox soon. Diarrhea, impaired digestion, constipation, fatigue and low energy, gas and bloating, hemorrhoids, excess weight, food allergies, bad breath, foul smelling stools. These are only some of the symptoms.

Many people are in the good habit of cleaning externally their body, why not also clean up regularly internally? The longer you wait to get a body detox or body cleansing, the greater the risk of developing sickness or disease. Putrefying foods in your intestines need to be eliminated quickly, so do not wait for the harsh symptoms in order to do a cleanse

Research clearly proves that our bodies are not capable of elimination all the different toxins and chemicals we inhale and ingest every day. They simply accumulate in our cells (especially fat cells), tissues, blood, organs (such as the colon, liver and brain) and remain stored for an indefinite length of time causing all kinds of health problems. Cleansing your body of toxins will improve your health and boost immune system function.
